My goal in converting my Literature Review into a video was to connect with my specific audience: millennials– who are accustomed to watching YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok videos. I considered making it a slide presentation, but I backed away from that because I thought it was “too professional” and I wanted it to be interactive and engaging to help my audience focus on the content…it was also a fun way for me – despite its difficulty.

The hardest part though was recording the audio. After many attempts at recording my own voice, I failed, and I didn’t like any of the results – that’s because I have an accent, and my pronunciation is wrong for half the words, and I didn’t want this to be the reason for losing my audience’s focus and interest. So, I turned to AI programs to record what I had written and had it read it for me.

I loved the result and I hope my audience loved it too (:
